Honeycutt named to EKU Dean’s List

Phoebe Honeycutt, a Letcher County student, was named to the Eastern Kentucky University Dean’s List. She is the daughter of Johnny and Libby Honeycutt of Whitesburg. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.6 or higher.
