Former Whitesburg resident Tabitha Webb was recognized by her employer, the Middlesboro Daily News, during National Volunteer Week last month. She is a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, where she volunteers her services with the Crossroads Ministry, and is on several church committees. She also is the treasurer of the Middlesboro Little Theatre, has hosted a foreign exchange student, and supports the Bell County Friends of the Shelter and the University of Kentucky Alumni Association. She is pictured with her husband, Tim Webb, and is the daughter of Vernell Mullins of Whitesburg and the late Morris Mullins.
