Funeral services for Ida Pearl Adams, 73, were held March 18 in Whitesburg. Burial was in Green Acres Memorial Park at Ermine.
A daughter of the late Prentice and Claudia Foster Goodlett, she was born in Bloomfield. She died March 15 at her home in McRoberts.
She was married to Howard Carney, and later married the late James Webb who died in 1998. She was then married to the late Clinton Adams.
Mrs. Adams enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, working in her flower garden, and playing cards. She attended Moores Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Bokey Goodlett, and a sister, Lena Dugan.
Surviving are two daughters, Sherry Johnson and husband James of Neon, and Tammy Little of Mayking; a son, Roger Carney of Temple, Ga.; six grandchildren, Amber Hawkins and Cody, Dustin Carney and Emilia, Craig Collier and Talena, Ashley Little and Chantz, Jessup Carney, and Nick Little; and a greatgrandchild, Cade Hawkins.
