Jenkins Independent School District Technology Coordinator Damian Johnson has been named an Apple Certified System Administrator after receiving nearly five weeks of training in Apple computers.
Thirty-seven Kentucky educators recently completed the training, which is offered through Dataseam, which donates computers to schools. In addition to classroom work, the computers are used by researchers at the University of Louisville’s James Graham Brown Cancer Center to develop drugs to fight cancer.
