Juanita Everidge buried at Ermine

Juanita Everidge, 94, died September 20 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.

Born at Campbranch to the late Bill and Martha Reynolds Adams, she was the widow of Emitt Everidge.

She was the mother of the late Dewayne Everidge, and a grandmother of the late Kevin Lane Everidge.

Mrs. Everidge was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Dustin Everidge, and four siblings, Jack, Billy Ed, John, and Ruth Sexton.

She was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church, and enjoyed cooking, going to church, and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her son, Larry Everidge of Whitesburg and Ute; a sister, Jessie Watts and husband Johnny of Campbranch; a brother, Tom Adams of Independence; six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brian, Tyrone, Sarah, Stefanie, and Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Jared, Sierra, Julia, Landyn, Madison, Noah, Lukas, Joshua, Bennett, and Isabel; two great-great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Olivia; and special friend, Oma Hale.

Funeral services for Mrs. Everidge were held September 25 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial was in Green Acres Memorial Park at Ermine.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
