Jury: 20 are deadbeat moms, dads



The Letcher Grand Jury has indicted 20 people for flagrant non-support of their minor children.

Those indicted are:

• Michael Wayne Sexton, 42, of 34 Shiloh Drive, Blackey, and 84 Justice Lane, Pikeville. Sexton is also charged with being a persistent felony offender (second degree).

• Amy Lynn Griffith, 34, of 1627 Carcassonne Road, Blackey, and 2 Main Street, Vicco. Griffith is also charged with being a persistent felony offender.

• George Hurt, 31, of P.O. Box 284, Blackey, and 350 Lynn Fork Rd., Delphia. Hurt is also charged with being a persistent felony offender (first degree).

• Shawn Matthew Kiser, 163 Pistol City, Whitesburg. Kiser is also charged with being a persistent felony offender (first degree).

• Arnold Ray Collins, 28, of 91 Airborne Road, Whitesburg.

• James C. Showalter, 47, of Joanne Spicer Drive, Neon, and 430 Henry Hutton Rd., Neon.

• Natoshia Renee Adams, 29, of 361 Jewell Road, Roxana, and 10114 Hwy. 9135, Whitesburg.

• Gregory Millard Branham, 52, of Box 129, Mayking, and 1001 Great Oak Road, Mayking.

• Christopher A. Creech, 29, of 5464 Hwy. 588, Premium, and P.O. Box 100, Premium.

• Brandon Cantrell, 32, of 516 Lemon Street, Franklin.

• John David Sturgill, 36, of P.O. Box 427, Isom, and 425 Stamper Branch, Isom

• Donald Ray Hamilton, 40, of 29 Dream Road, Mayking, and 38 Thunder Ridge Road, Jenkins.

• Tonya A. Hughes, 24, of Hazard and P.O. Box 77, Deane.

• Brettnei Maggard, 27, of 364 #1 Hill, Jenkins.

• Amanda Mullins Johnson, 38, of 58 Hatfield Drive, Whitesburg, and 674 Hwy. 7 South, Jeremiah.

• Lacrisha Muse, 42, of 721 Grapevine Creek, Hazard.

• Timothy Pharris, 42, of 700 E. Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville, and 432 E. Jefferson St., Louisville.

• Jeremy Jason Osborne, 35, of 440 Tom Biggs Hollow, McRoberts.

• Michael C. Zabala, 26, of 3425 Old U.S. East, Stanford, and 1508 Herbert Drive, Lorain, Ohio.

• Joshua L. Sizemore, 25, of 62 Sizemore Dr., Premium.

Regina Hurst of the Letcher County Division of Child Support Enforcement testified in the cases.
