The Letcher Grand Jury has named a Whitesburg man in four indictments, charging him with bail jumping (first degree) and being a persistent felony offender.
Kevin Houston, 31, of 164 Bill Lewis Hollow, is charged with failure to appear at a discovery conference in connection with a felony on October 7.
The grand jury says Houston failed to appear at another discovery conference in connection with a felony on October 7.
Houston is accused of failure to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with a felony on October 19.

Others indicted are:
• Wendy Lee Branham — bail jumping (first degree) and being a persistent felony offender.
Branham, 37, of 229 Cottage Row, Jenkins, is charged with failure to enroll and complete a long-term inpatient rehab of at least 180 days in connection with a felony. The grand jury says she failed to complete rehab and left the facility.
In a second indictment, Branham is charged with failure to appear at a sentencing hearing in connection with a felony.
• Justin Wright — bail jumping (first degree) and being a persistent felony offender.
Wright, 33, of 714 Seco Drive, Seco, is accused of failure to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with a felony.
In a second indictment, Wright is charged with failure to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with a felony.
• Anthony W. Cornett — bail jumping (first degree).
Cornett, 54, of 1302 Hwy. 1103, is charged with failure to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with a felony.
• Gloria Brimmer — bail jumping (first degree).
Brimmer, 24, of 529 Johnson Rd., Kodak, Tenn., and 146 Libby Lane, Jenkins, is charged with failure to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with a felony.
