is the 4 ½-year-old son of Wendell Jesse and Christy Mullins of Pikeville. He is the grandson of Tina Mullins of Pikeville and the late Joe Mullins of Jenkins. His great-grandmother is Dorothy Rose Hall of Pikeville, who, says Northeast Ohio correspondent Emma Lou Engle, adores him.
