Letcher County Central’s boys’ and girls’ soccer teams were to host the 53rd District tournaments this week at Ermine. The girls’ team, which finished the regular season with a record of 8-7 (four of the losses were forfeitures caused by COVID-19) were to host Hazard Tuesday night, while the boys’ team was scheduled to host Hazard tonight (Wednesday).
The LCC boys finished the regular season with a 4-10-1 record. They too lost four of their matches because of COVID-19 forfeitures.
