Are you interested in learning how to preserve seeds from your garden harvest for future planting?
If you’re among those who would like to use seeds from this year’s crop when planting time begins next spring but you’re not quite sure how to do it correctly, you now have the opportunity to learn how.
A “preserving seeds class” will be held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 24 at the Letcher County Extension Office, 478 Extension Drive, Whitesburg. County Extension Agent for Agricultural/ Natural Resources Shad J. Baker will present the class. You may call 633-2362 to reserve a seat in the class.
