of 21.46.
The existing operation is approximately 1.25
miles northeast from state route 931 junction
with state route 15 and located on Sandlick
Creek. The existing operation is located on the
Mayking and Whitesburg U.S.G.S. 7 ½ minute
quadrangle maps. The surface area to be disturbed is owned by S. G. Fairchild Heirs, LLC,
Don Brown and ANR Coal Company.
The application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Natural Resources
Pikeville Regional Office, 121 Mays Branch
Road, Pikeville, Kentucky 41501-9331. Written
