aforesaid clerk’s office.
Said Stephen Shepherd then conveyed his
½ interest in said property to Sherri Littrell,
giving her complete
ownership of the aforesaid property of record
in Deed dated April 24,
2017 of record in Deed
Book 436, Page 564,
in the Letcher County
Clerk’s Office.
The real property
consists of a single
residential tract with
improvements thereon
and shall be sold as a
whole, free and clear of
all liens of the parties
hereto; but it shall be
sold subject to:
a. Easements, restrictions, and stipulations
of record affecting said
property.
b. Any assessments for
public improvements
levied against the property. c. Any matters disclosed by an accurate
survey or inspection of
the property.
The successful bidder
at this sale shall either
pay full cash or make
a deposit of 10% of
the purchase price with
the balance to be paid
within thirty (30) days
and any purchaser
shall be required to execute bond with surety
thereon to be approved
by the Master Commissioner

to secure the
unpaid portion of the
purchase price, with
the bond to bear interest at the rate of 12%
per annum from date
of sale until paid, and
the bond shall have
the same force and
effect as a judgment
and shall remain and
be a lien on the Subject
Property until fully paid.
The purchaser of the
real property described
herein shall be required
to pay ad valorem taxes for the current year
and all subsequent
years and shall take
said Subject property
subject to all restrictive
covenants and easements of record in the
Letcher County Clerk’s
Office.
Said property shall be
sold subject to such
right of redemption as
may exist in favor of
Defendants, if any.
The risk of loss on
improvements on the
Subject Property passes to the purchaser
at time of delivery of
the Master Commissioner’s deed to said
purchaser.
The indebtedness involved in this action

until paid plus a release fee of $13.00,
plus fees in the amount
of $1,136.27 and the
principal amount on
Note B of $21,505.00
until paid plus a release
fee of $13.00 plus court
costs expended herein

TO MINE
Pursuant to Application Number 867-0538,
Renewal
In accordance with KRS 350.55, notice is hereby
given that Deane Mining LLC, P.O. Box 4312,
Pikeville, Kentucky 41502 has applied for renewal
of a permit for a surface and auger/highwall mining
operation located 0.57 miles northwest of Deane
in Letcher County. The proposed operation will
disturb 358.0 surface acres and 125.9 acres auger/ highwall mining of which 55.8 acres underlie
surface acres and are not included in the total
acres. The total area within the permit boundary
will be 428.1 acres.
The operation is approximately 0.47 miles northwest from KY 7’s junction with KY 317 and located
on Razorblade Branch. The latitude is 37-14-20.
The longitude is 82-46-52.
The operation is located on the Mayking and Kite
U.S.G.S. 7 1/2 minute quadrangle maps. The
surface area to be disturbed is owned by Reserve
Holdings, LLC.
The application has been filed for public inspection
at the Department for Surface Mining Reclamation
and Enforcement’s Hazard Regional Office, 556
Village Lane, Hazard, Kentucky 41701. Written
comments, objections, or requests for a permit
