That Fred Adams, life
tenant, deceased on
March 27, 1964.
The purchaser or successful bidder can elect

deposit of ten percent

price with the balance

NOTICE OF BOND RELEASEIn accordance with KRS 350.093, notice is hereby
given that Sapphire Coal Company, 1073 Riverview Drive, Grundy, Virginia 24614 has applied
for Phase III Bond Release on Increment No. 1 of
Permit Number 867-0494, which was last issued
on June 27, 2018. Increment No. 1 covers an
area of approximately 76.46 acres located 1.2
miles north of Colson, Kentucky on Buck Creek
in Letcher County.
The permit is approximately 1.54 miles northwest
of the junction of KY route 7 and KY Route 1410
located 0.1 miles north of Buck Creek. The latitude
is 37o 14’ 37”. The longitude is 82o 51’ 02”.
The bond now in effect for Increment No. 1 of
Permit Number 867-0494 is a Surety Bond in
the amount of twenty-eight thousand eight hundred dollars ($28,800.00). The remaining bond
of twenty-eight thousand eight hundred dollars
($28,800.00), is being requested for release.
Reclamation work performed on Increment No.
1 includes: backfilling, final grading and seeding

given that Sapphire Coal Company, 1073 Riverview Street, Grundy, VA 24614 has applied for
Phase III Bond Release on Increment No. 1 of
Permit Number 867-0495, which was last issued
on December 19, 2018. Increment No. 1 covers
an area of approximately 109.51 acres located 0.5
miles north of Colson in Letcher County.
The permit area is approximately 0.5 miles northeast of the junction of KY Route 7 and KY Route
1410 located 0.01 miles west of Buck Creek.
The bond now in effect for Increment No. 1 is a
Surety Bond in the amount of sixty-nine thousand
dollars ($69,000.00). The remaining bond of sixtynine thousand dollars ($69,000.00) is included in
the application for release.
Reclamation work performed on Increment No.
