Payne Gap native Lonnie Craft, 69, died January 18 in Baltimore, Md.
He was a son of the late Nelt and Pina Bentley Craft, and was a preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita and Mary Alice; two daughters, Sandra Craft and Sondra Dujardin; and two sons, Tommy Craft and Michael Craft.
Craft was retired from General Motors and was a member of the United Auto Workers of America.
Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Craft, Baltimore; two sisters, Virgie Mullins, Baltimore, and Lorene Stidham, Deane; two brothers, Danny Craft Sr., Payne Gap, and Ronnie Craft, Baltimore; seven grandchildren and a greatgrandchild; and Diana Rogers, Baltimore.
Funeral services were held January 4 at People’s Fundamental Baptist Church. Burial was in the Bentley Cemetery at Payne Gap.
