Lula Morris Belcher, 80, of Neon, died February 11 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Born in Newhall, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late James Richard and Lillian Mae Huff Graham. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Kaye Morris, and a son, Richard B. Morris.
She had worked for a number of years as a cashier at A&P, and was a member of the UFCW Externational.
Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Sparks and husband Michael, of Neon; five grandchildren, Megan Lynn McCarty and husband Ryan, Ricky Sexton and wife Candice, Michael D. Sparks, Kelli Marie Sparks and Shellie Nicole Elswick and husband Sammy; five great-grandchildren, Deacon Matthew McCarty, Bishop Israel Sexton, Mia Faith Sexton, Jasmine Hope Sexton and Reauna Nicole Elswick; a sister, Judy Jeanette Vatssas, of Surgoinsville, Tenn.; and three brothers, John Perry Graham, of Rogersville, Tenn., James Alvin Graham, of DeFuniak Springs, Fla., and Merrell Wade Graham, of Surgoinsville, Tenn.
Funeral services were held February 13 in Neon. Graveside services were held February 14 at Green Acres Cemetery.
