Schedule of events:
The Senior Fellowship will continue each week on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. Don’t be lonely! Come hang out with this youthful, fun-loving group. Never a dull minute.
Friday Nite Pickin’, Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m., Malinda Cole & Band will be on hand to shake things up a bit. Malinda is a strong singer who can belt out a tune with the best of them. She does a version of Jolene that is excellent. We can’t wait for you to hear her! Hubby Travis Cole is sure to do a Bob Seger tune or two as he does that with awesome style. This group is wonderful and you wouldn’t want to miss this show. There are other familiar faces among the band members, but you will just have to come and see. We are excited about having this great band at our place. We predict these guys will become really popular around here.
Oct. 31 is Halloween Safe Nite from 5 to 8 p.m. You are invited to participate in treating the children. There will also be a Zombie Walk at 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31. Participants are asked to donate two cans of food to be given to the local food pantry. Walkers of all ages are welcome. Hoping for a zombie horde of canned food.
