Marie Mullins dies in Indiana

MARIE MULLINS

Marie Mullins, 87, of Greenfield, Ind., died March 27 at Kindred Healthcare in Greenfield.

Born in Knott County, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Nancy Martin Hall and the widow of John V. Mullins. She was also preceded in death by her stepmother, Ethel E. Hall; a daughter, Lola Anderson, a son, Donald Mullins; brothers, Carson Hall, Marion Hall and Robbie Hall, sisters, Belvia Spangler, Emma Collier and Delia Bentley; and a half sister, Hattie Cook.

She was an inspector for Indiana Knitwear for 17 years prior to retiring in 1988.

Surviving are daughters, Orbie Engel and Joyce Hall, both of Hazard, Lois Einsinger of Baltimore, Md., Louise Green of Lady Lake, Fla., and Estella Tackett of Pikeville; sons, Johnie Mullins and wife Carla of Greenfield, Ind., Dean Mullins and wife Sue of Willow Branch, Ind., Dan Mullins of Spencer, Ind., Eddie Mullins of Anderson, Ind., and Carlis Mullins and wife Shirley of Chicago, Ill.; a sister; Deloria ‘Lou’ Caudill of Greenfield, Ind.; brothers, Faris Hall, Rodney Hall and Donnie Hall, all of Kentucky, 31 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, April 3, at Park Cemetery, Greenfield, Ind.
