Ivan Reed Hall, 86, of Lexington, died March 12.
A son of the late Harve and Callie Adkins Hall, he was graduated from Whitesburg High School and attended Eastern State University and Pikeville University.
Mr. Hall was an electrician for 30 years at Carbon Graphite in Louisville. He attended Eastland Church of God in Lexington and was a member of Briargate Presbyterian Church in Louisville, where he lived for 32 years.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Ann Fields Hall; a son, William Reed Hall and wife Jennifer of Whitesburg; two grandsons, Wesley Reed Hall and wife Stephanie of Atlanta, Ga., and Matthew Winston Hall and wife Amanda of Maryville, Tenn.; a great-granddaughter, Aubrey Ann Hall; and two great-grandsons, Jackson Reed Hall and Lucas Winston Hall. He was also a father figure to James Mannon Combs and wife Pamela of Eustis, Fla.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Janie Hall and Eunice Rose Mounts; two brothers, Hubert Hall and Carl Winston Hall; and a niece, Pollyanna Mounts Slone.
A memorial service was held March 15 at Eastland Church of God.
