CHARLES E. BROWN
Memorial services for Charles E. Brown, 68, will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, June 12, at Everidge Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sandlick Cemetery.
A son of the late Ben Lee and Amanda Necessary Brown, he was born in Letcher County. He died June 4 at the Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tenn.
Brown was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. He was a brother of the late Rosemary Sipes, Geneva Carol Goodman, James Brown, and Elmer Brown.
He was involved in a serious automobile accident May 21 in Whitesburg.
Surviving are a sister, Joyce Ann Stamper and husband Sherman, Whiting, Ind., and a friend, Fred Adams, Whitesburg.
