The Colonel Ben E. Caudill Camp No. 1629 of the Sons of Confederate Veterans will hold a military salute at the Sandlick Cemetery in Whitesburg at 1:30 p.m., May 28. Civil War re-enactors from Kentucky and Virginia will be present to conduct the salute.
