Mrs. Day for seeing to it that there’s plenty of refreshing drinks in the coolers.

Gossip over the wire

Wonder what’s happening between Sally Amburgey and Charles Hampton? Come on kids, we’re rooting for you!! Looks like those Cowan girls would leave Doyle Day alone! From what we hear, he belongs to Merlene Davis. Charles Polly seems to be interested in the eighth grade . . . could Phyllis Tolliver be the reason?? Looks like Janell Callahan and London Whitaker are getting along just fine these days. How about it, kids? Thomas Ison and Bennie Jones seem to be giving Phyllis Wampler and Janice Necessary the eye!! The Kat wonders which girl Charles Yonts, from Fleming, will end up with. He has quite a few on the hook? Wonder whose 56 Ford Ruth Marcum is riding around in! Could it be Bob Fulton’s??
