Annette Cook Collins, 77, of Little Colley, died January 9, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
She was a daughter of the late Archie and Hannah Powers Cook, and the widow of William Collins.
Surviving are two sons, Clifford Richmond Jr. of Craft’s Colly and Jeffery Collins of Mayking; two brothers, Clyde Cook of Little Colley and Kenneth Cook of Columbus, Ind.; three grandchildren, Jeffery Dean Collins, Beth Collins, and Anthony Richmond; and four greatgrandchildren: Preston Hammonds, Hannah Hammonds, Elijah Hammonds, and Uriah Richmond.
Funeral services were held January 13 at the Little Colley Baptist Church. Burial was in the Cook Cemetery at Sandlick.
