Mullins buried at Haymond Hill




Funeral services for Ronnie Mullins, 55, were held May 12 at the Fleming Church of God. Burial was in the Mullins family cemetery at Haymond Hill.

A son of the late Bertley and Daisy Blevins Mullins, he was born at Hellier. He died May 9 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.

Mullins was a disabled coal miner and a member of the United Mine Workers of America. He attended the Fleming Church of God.

Surviving are seven sisters, Connie Mullins and Elsie Ratliff and husband Rick, all of Cromona; Lucille Little and husband Donnie, Hellier; Arlene Brown, Hemphill; Trish Johnson and husband Daniel, Jackhorn; Gracie Beard and husband Jeff, Brookwood, Ala.; and Amanda Bentley and husband Landis, Deane; four brothers, Larry Mullins, Vance, Ala.; “Fudge” Emory Mullins and wife Patty, Neon; and “Jake” Thomas Mullins and “Daniel” Stephen Mullins, both of Cromona; 24 nieces and nephews; and a friend, Jessee Hall, Craft’s Colly.

Carty Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
