The Letcher County 4-H Teen Council will present “ Death at the Double D Ranch; a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre” at 6 p.m. on Oct. 21 at the Letcher County Extension Office. Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple.
The menu consists of barbeque sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw and strawberry shortcake. All proceeds will benefit the Letcher County Teen Council.
In the play, it’s the old Wild West and local ranch owner, Dray Duncan, is holding his annual barn party barbeque. Just as the guests are arriving, Dray is found dead in the bunkhouse. Things look mighty confusing. Something doesn’t add up. Did he die from natural causes or could this be a case of homicide at the hoedown? Help Sheriff Remington and the rest of his posse figure out what really happened.
