Nicholses mark anniversary


My sympathy to the family of Savanna Watts of Leatherwood. She died on Dec. 29 from a long illness. She was 9 years old. She was the daughter of Nikki Caudill Watts and Eric Watts. I’m so sorry for the loss of their precious little girl.

Danny ‘Hoot’ Campbell of Jeremiah was put in the University of Kentucky Hospital the day after Christmas. I’m not sure if he is out yet. I wish him the best.

Happy birthday to my daughter Jennifer. It is on Jan. 14.

Please say a prayer for Tara Couch of Linefork. She is in the University of Kentucky Hospital. She is in so much and she is having such a hard time. Also her parents Dena and Roger need your prayers. I so hope that can help her and she can get home soon and be better.

Happy birthday to Gage Brown of Letcher. He turned 3 on Dec. 27. He is the son of Ethan Brown and Crystal Frazier and has a baby sister, Charleigh.

Mary Jane Back of Jeremiah fell on Thursday morning and broke her hand. They had to put a cast on it. I hope she feels better soon.

Happy birthday to Tiffany King of Isom, Justin Cornett of Blackey, Crystal Dixon of Linefork and Kendra Hays of Knott County. They all had birthdays on Jan.1.

Happy anniversary to Raymond and Monae Nichols of Doty Creek. It was their 19th on Dec. 27.

Happy birthday to Nora Grace Caudill of Hallie. She turned 6 on Jan. 3. She is the daughter of Vette and Tub Caudill and the granddaughter of Bruner and Wanda Caudill of Hallie and Lovell and Lois Blair of Jeremiah.

Parents, if you need help there are classes called Concerned Parents held at Blackey Library on Mondays from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Also for people with life controlling issues there are classes called Stepping into Freedom at the Jeremiah Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesdays at 6 p.m.

Happy birthday to Lisa Caudill of Jeremiah. It was on Jan. 2. Beverly Dixon of Hallie had a birthday on Jan. 3, Ann Nichols Caudill of Elk Creek on Jan. 8, and Keith Smith of Jeremiah on Jan. 5.

Happy anniversary to Adam and Mariana Reynolds of Zebulon, N.C., formerly of Isom. It was their fifth on Jan. 5.

Happy birthday to my niece, Emmaleigh Adams of Carcassonne she will be 10 on Jan. 7. She is the daughter of Brandon and Shanna Adams and the grandaughter of Gary and Debbie Fugate of Carcassonne and Jr Adams of Letcher and the late Shryl Adams.
