APRIL BABY – Kylee LaShea Fouts was born April 27 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital to James Jr. and Maxine Fouts. Grandparents are James and Nancy Fouts of Jenkins, and Carrie Mullins of Redfox and the late Virgil Mullins. She has twin brothers, Rodney and Jamie, 1 year old, and two sisters, Kesha, 16, and Kelly 11.
