ONE YEAR OLD – Dalton Ray Stanley celebrated his first birthday on May 13 with a Winnie the Pooh party. He is the son of Willie and Tracy Stanley of Jenkins. His grandparents are Bill and Marcella Back of Jenkins; Beulah Neece of Dante, Va.; and the late Willard Ray Stanley, formerly of Haysi, Va.
