TO BE WED – Brittany Ann McGilton and Joe Floyd Mullins announce their forthcoming marriage. She is a graduate of Centerline High School in Centerline, Mich., and is the daughter of Denise Tranchmontagne of Centerline. He is a longtime resident of Letcher County and is the son of Vernon and Sharon Mullins of McRoberts.
