On-line classes in advanced imaging in radiography that focus on areas of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the radiologic sciences are being offered by Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. The courses include RADI 240, Pathology for Advanced Medical Imaging and RADI 265, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology. Both courses will yield three credit hours.
The courses are offered for technologists who are currently registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certifi cation Board in Nuclear Medicine, or for students who have completed one year in the SKCTC program.
