Fiona Banks, 15, of Sandlick, daughter of Dr. Billy James Banks and granddaughter of Billy K. and Irene Banks, has been selected to receive a seat in the Congress of Future Medical Leaders as a delegate for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She will travel to Boston, Mass., to participate in summer activities to prepare her for a future career as a medical doctor. She will begin her sophomore year this fall at Letcher County Central High School.
