TURNING FOUR — Braxton Travis Boggs will turn four years old tomorrow (Thursday). He celebrated his birthday Sept. 12 with a fourwheeler party with family and friends at Eolia Community Park. He is the son of Jamie and April Boggs of Campbranch, and the grandson of Brenda Stallard of Whitesburg, Kasey Niece of Van, and Jim and Linda Boggs of Craft’s Colly.
