WED — Leah Hansel and Bobby Webb were married August 29 in the Whitesburg Shriners Building. She is the daughter of Mike Hansel of Prestonsburg and Leslie Amburgey of Dry Fork, and the granddaughter of John and Ida Hansel of Spartansburg, S.C., and Barbra Fletcher of Isom. He is the son of Kurt and Vada Webb of Pine Creek, and the grandson of Elmer and Sharon Webb of Pine Creek.
