YOUNG ARTIST — Keegan Elkins won the Easter coloring contest held March 27 at Food City in the 6-8-year-old age group. He is the six-year-old son of Frank and Lisa Elkins of Deane. His grandparents are Julie Quillen of Deane and the late Vineyard Quillen. Keegan is a first-grade student at Beckham Bates Elementary School, where he participates in Pee-Wee Basketball.
