Print Sturgill, 82, of Craft Colley, died June 4 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
Born in Whitesburg to the late Edison Dillard and Nannie Bentley Sturgill, he was the father of the late Barry Lynn Sturgill.
He was also preceded in death by six siblings, Mary, Owen, Gean, Junior, Lovell, and Arville.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he served in Korea and Germany.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Sturgill; a son, Keith Sturgill and wife Kim of Craft Colley; three daughters, Robyn Ison and husband Larry of Kingscreek, Belinda Sexton and husband Charles of Whitesburg, and Darlene Bice and husband Bob of Kingsport, Tenn.; a sister, Oretta Sue Moore of Craft Colley; ten grandchildren, Tiffany, Keleigh, Eric, Ryan, Melanie, Shelly, Paula, Jessie, Jeremy and Brande; and eight greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Sturgill were held June 6 in Whitesburg. Burial was in Green Acres Memorial Park at Ermine.
