on Monday, July 12,
2021, beginning on
or about the hour of
11:15 a.m. local time
and continuing until the
sale is concluded to the
highest bidder at public
auction, the following
real estate, situated in
Letcher County, Kentucky: A certain tract or parcel
of land, lying in Letcher
County, Kentucky, and
described as follows:
Beginning on a small
oak tree at Dock D.
Frazier’s line; thence
some West course with
said line of a tract of
land now owned by
Earl Rayburn; thence
with said line some
West course to a small
walnut tree standing on
the east side of Muddy
Branch; thence approximately 90 feet
West to a metal rod;
thence 340° Northwest

Grantors released the
life estates reserved
by them in that Deed

The purchaser or successful bidder can elect
to pay cash at the time
of said sale or at the
option of the bidder on
the terms of a deposit
of ten percent (10%) of
the purchase price with
the balance on credit
for thirty (30) days.
If the purchase price
is not paid in full, the
successful bidder shall
execute a bond at the
time of sale with sufficient surety to secure
the unpaid balance of

said bond shall constitute a lien on the said

The costs involved

Interest shall accrue
