The proposed operation will disturb 40.92 surface acres and will underlie 1492.48 acres and the total area within the permit boundary will be 1511.30 acres.

The proposed operation is approximately 3.0 miles northeast from US 119’s junction with KY 3404 and located approximately 0.10 of a mile south of Roberts Branch.

The proposed operation is located on the Roxana, and Whitesburg U.S.G.S. 7-½ minute quadrangle maps. The surface area to be disturbed is owned by ACIN LLC. The operation will underlie land owned by ACIN LLC.
