given that Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc., P.O.
Box 157, Bardstown, Kentucky 40004 has applied
for a Phase III Bond Release on Increment No.’s
5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 Permit no. 860-0380 which was
last issued November 14, 2018. Increment No. 5
covers an area of approximately 104.32 acres of
surface area. Increment No. 6 covers an area of

The bond now in effect for Increment No. 5 is a
surety bond in the amount of $20,400.00 of which
100% of the original amount of $369,000.00 is to
be included in this application for release. The
bond now in effect for Increment No. 6 is a surety
bond in the amount of $16,200.000 of which 100%
of the original amount of $306,300.00 is to be
included in this application for release. The bond
now in effect for Increment No. 7 is a surety bond
in the amount of $7,600.00 of which 100% of the

A public hearing on the application has been
