The purchaser(s) shall
have the privilege of
paying all of the balance of the purchase
price prior to the expiration of the time period
listed above. The bond
surety must execute
the Sale Bond and the
Affidavit of Surety.
The successful
bidder(s) at the sale, at
bidder’s own expense,
may carry fire and extended insurance coverage on the improvements from the date of
sale until the purchase
price is fully paid, in an
amount at least sufficient to cover a loss
to the extent of the
court-appraised value
of the improvements on
the real property or the
unpaid balance of the
purchase price, whichever is less, with the
loss-payable clause
to the Master Commissioner. Failure of
the purchaser to effect
such insurance coverage shall not affect the
validity of the sale or
the purchaser’s liability
thereunder, but shall
entitle, but not require,
any party adjudicated
an interest in the real
property, after giving
notice to the Master
Commissioner, to effect said insurance and
furnish evidence of the
policy to the Master
Commissioner, to effect said insurance and

premium on the insurance policy shall then
be charged to the purchaser as purchaser’s

The purchaser at the
Master Commissioner’s sale shall take the

taxes not yet due and
payable and all taxes
due thereafter.
b. Easements, restrictions and stipulations
of record affecting the
real property.
c. Any assessments for
public improvements
properly levied against
the real property.
d. Any matters which
would be disclosed by
an accurate survey or
inspection of the real
property.
e. Any right of redemption which may be
claimed by the United
States of America under 28 U.S.C. Sec.
2410.

The costs involved
in this action are
$82,129.75 plus interest in accordance with
the terms of the Note
on said judgment at the
current rate of 4.250%
from March 31, 2018,
until paid plus additional fees, costs and expenses in accordance

Note and Mortgage,
including advances in
payment of ad valorem
taxes, insurance premiums, assessments,
weatherization and
preservation of the
real property; the cost
of this action and its
costs herein expended,
including the cost of
the sale.

TO MINE

Pursuant To Application Number 867-5359

In accordance with KRS 350.055, notice is hereby
given that Blackjewel L.L.C., 1051 Main Street,
Milton, WV 25541, has applied for renewal of a
permit for underground mining operation and reclamation operation located 2.50 miles east of the
community of Partridge in Letcher County. The
proposed operation will disturb 14.67 surface acres
and will underlie 5,247.76 acres and the total area
within the permit boundary will be 5,262.43 acres.

The proposed operation is approximately 2.0 miles
southeast of the junction of KY 3404 and US 119
and located 0.10 mile south of the South Fork of
Colliers Creek.

The proposed operation is located on the Benham,
Roxana, Whitesburg and Appalachia U.S.G.S. 7½
Minute Quadrangle Maps. The surface area to be
disturbed is owned by ACIN LLC. The operation
will underlie land owned by ACIN LLC.

The application has been filed for public inspection
at the Department for Natural Resources, Pikeville
Regional Office, 121 Mays Branch Road, Pikeville, KY 41501. Written comments, objections, or
request for a permit conference must be filed with
the Director, Division of Mining Permits, 300 Sower
Blvd., Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.

Operator Revision

In accordance with 405 KAR 8:010, notice is
hereby given that Kingdom Coal LLC, 89 Daniel
Boone Dr, Barbourville KY 40906, intends to revise
permit number 860-5409 to add an operator. The
permittee will be adding operator TCB Development, LLC, PO Box 192, Red Fox KY, 41847. This
will be the only approved operator.

The operation is located 1.86 miles southwest of
Red Fox in Knott and Letcher County. The operation is approximately 5.0 miles Northwest from KY
7’s junction with KY 15 and located on Defeated
Creek. The operation is located on the Blackey
and Vicco U.S.G.S. 7 1/2 minute quadrangle
maps. The latitude is 37o12’30” N. The longitude
is 82o58’36” W.

The application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Natural Resources
Middlesboro Regional Office, 1804 East Cumberland Avenue, Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965.
Written comments or objections must be filed with
the Director, Division of Mine Permits, 300 Sower
Blvd, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. All comments
or objections must be received within fifteen (15)
