By virtue of an Order to Reschedule Master Commissioner Sale entered on December 12, 2019 and Order Referring Case to Master Commissioner for Judicial Sale entered by the Letcher Circuit Court on the 25th day of September, 2020, the undersigned Master Commissioner of the Letcher Circuit Court will offer for sale at the courthouse door of the Letcher County Courthouse in the City of Whitesburg, Kentucky on Monday, October 26, 2020, beginning on or about the hour of 1:30 p.m., local time and continuing until the sale is concluded to the highest bidder at public auction, the following described real property, lying in Letcher County, Kentucky: Location: Blackey, Kentucky Map ID No.: 043-60-00-024.00 The purchaser or successful bidder can elect to pay cash at the time of said sale or at the option of the bidder on the terms of 10% of the purchase price at the time of the sale with the balance to be paid within 60 days and any purchaser shall be required to execute bond with surety thereon to be approved by the Master Commissioner to secure the unpaid portion of the purchase price, with the bond to bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid and the bond shall have the same force and effect as a judgment and shall remain and be a lien on the real property until fully paid. Said property shall be sold subject to such right of redemption s may exist in favor of the Defendant pursuant to KRS 426.220. PUBLIC NOTICE OF BLASTING SCHEDULE

Notification is hereby provided that Nally & Hamilton Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 157, Bardstown, KY 40004, (502) 348-0084, Permit No. 867-0552 will be blasting at Meadow Branch, near Eolia, Latitude 37° 04’ 04” , Longitude 82° 44’ 57”. Blasting will be performed daily, Monday through Sunday. No blasting will be conducted before sunrise or after sunset except in accordance with 405 KAR 16:120 Section 4. At least 10 minutes before the blast, access to the blast area will be controlled by using company personnel as flagmen. Traffic will be stopped on all public, access and internal roads a minimum distance of 1000 feet from the blast area. Before each blast is detonated the following type(s) of audible warning will be given: One (1) minute series of long blasts five (5) minutes prior to the blast signal. The blast signal will be: A series of short blasts one (1) minute prior to the shot. The all-clear signal(s) after blasting will be: A prolonged blast following the inspection of the blast area. The device to be used for all audible warnings is a siren that is audible for a minimum distance of 0.5 miles from the point of the blast. Blasting will not be conducted at times different from those given above except in emergency situations where rain, lightning, other atmospheric conditions, or operator or public safety requires unscheduled detonation. Prior to these detonations, the above listed audible warning will be given. Also, prior to detonations in emergency situations the permittee, using audible signals, shall notify all persons within one-half (1/2) mile of the blasting site. Any unscheduled blast will be recorded in the blasting record and reported with the cabinet not later than three (3) days after the unscheduled blasting, not including Saturday’s, Sunday’s or legal holiday. The report shall include all of the information required by 405 KAR 16:120 Section 4 (1) (b) 3. The blasting record is to be kept on file for at least five (5) years.
