Ralph E. Baker succumbs at 66

Ralph E. Baker, 66, of Andersonville, Ind., died Dec. 3.

Born at Jackhorn, he was a son of the late Chester Everette Baker and Bessie Marie Spangler Baker Webb and a twin brother of the late Emory Lee Baker.

He retired after 39 years with Valspar in Indiana, and was a member of the Andersonville Masonic Lodge F&AM.

Surviving are his wife, Sue Hoskins Baker; three daughters, Angie Gregory and husband Vic, Indianapolis, Ind., Vickie Wood and husband Kelly, Pendleton, Ind., and Heather Davis and husband Shane, Clayton, Ind.; a brother Phillip Dean Baker and wife Lisa, Ermine; two sisters, Eva June Cole and husband Ronnie, Pikeville, and Suetta Stringer and husband Dan, UZ; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services were held December 6 in Rushville, Ind. Burial was in the Moscow Cemetery.
