Randall Lee Holland, Sr., 91, of Elkton, Virginia, died August 12, at Sentara RMH Medical Center.
Born in McRoberts to the late Braxton Dixon and Mary Nichols Holland, he was the widower of Betty Jean King Holland.
Mr. Holland was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and served during the Korean War.
He was retired from General Electric (later Genicom) in Waynesboro after 25 years. Mr. Hollard was a member of Avis O. Comer VFW No. 8613 in Shenandoah.
Surviving are a son, Randall L. “Randy” Holland, Jr. and wife Katy of Elkton, Va.; a brother, Braxton Holland of Waldorf, Md.; seven grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Te- resa K. Morris; two brothers, and three sisters.
Funeral services for Mr. Holland were held August 17, at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton, Va. Burial was in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg, Va.
