It is a drizzly, damp, windy and cold day here in Lorain, and can you believe it’s only 10 more days until Christmas? I am not near ready, but I’m not going to let that worry me none.
I really and truly hope everyone has the best Christmas ever, and that the new year will bring you health, happiness and prosperity.
It’s not been a very good week. Red ended up in the hospital and I just got home with him a short time ago. Our nephew Rick Sergent has been here for me through all of it. And I must not forget his wife Joyce and sister Debbie Resor and then there’s Cathy, Georgia, and of course Bill and Redia.
I don’t know how I can ever thank them enough and tell them how much I appreciate everything they have done and are still doing. All I can say from the bottom of my heart is thank you so much, and tell them how much I love them. Northeast Ohio
I am okay, just a tad bit tired but this will pass in time and I’ll feel like me again. If you do not receive a Christmas card from me, it isn’t because I forgot all about you, it’s just that time is getting away from me.
I got a call from Red’s brother Charles, but I only talked for a few minutes then gave the phone to Red. He said Charles told him he and Delores would see us tomorrow. I’m looking forward to seeing them and have already told them I no longer cook. But that’s okay, Delores is a good cook, so if they prefer home cooking I’ll just turn the kitchen over to her. She also makes luscious desserts.
I really don’t have a lot to say right now so there’s no need to bore. So until next time have a great week and watch out for any reindeer who may be scoping out the best route to take Christmas Eve. Be good, be well and most of all, be happy.
