Hazard Community Technical College spring registration will continue through Jan. 8. The college will be closed Dec. 21 to Jan. 3. Classes will begin on Monday, Jan. 11.
The college offers twoyear degrees, including associate in arts and associate in science which both transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Associate in applied science degrees are: automotive technology, business administration, education, general occupational/ technical studies, human services, information technology, interdisciplinary early childhood education, medical information technology, nursing, physical therapist assistant, and radiography.
Diplomas are offered in the following programs: air conditioning technology, auto body repair, automotive technology, business technology, carpentry, clinical laboratory, computer aided drafting, cosmetology, diesel technology, education, electrical technology, fire and rescue training, heavy equipment operations, human services, industrial maintenance technology, information technology, interdisciplinary early childhood education, medical information technology, practical nursing (lpn), and welding.
