COMBS/FRAZIER – The annual Combs/Frazier family reunion will be held June 23 at the White Pine Shelter at Carr Creek Lake beginning at 11 a.m. The shelter is located on the road toward Hindman. Those attending should bring a covered dish. For more information, call Shirley Breeding, 633-7523.

WRIGHT – Family and friends of the late Alexander Wright will hold a reunion all day June 2 at Fishpond Lake at Payne Gap. Those attending should bring a covered dish and an item for an auction. MEADE – Family and friends of the late Newt and Mora McFalls Meade will hold a reunion July 22 at Shelter #1 at Greenbo Lake State Park Resort in Greenup County. SEALS – The 22nd annual Seals family reunion will be held at the Pin Oak Shelter #2 at Carr Creek Lake July 1 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Those attending should bring a covered dish and drinks. CRASE – The annual reunion of the family of Riley and Sally Crase will be held June 9 and 10 at Boonesboro Park between Winchester and Richmond. Shelter #2 has been reserved. WHS CLASS OF ’57 – The Whitesburg High School Class of 1957 will hold its reunion Saturday, June 9. MILLSTONE – The Millstone reunion will take place at noon, August 18, at the Otho Bentley family homestead on Reunion Drive. SERGENT GRADE SCHOOL – The Sergent Grade School reunion will begin at 9 a.m., May 26, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars building in Whitesburg with coffee and donuts. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be served at noon. Anyone who attended Sergent Grade School or was a teacher or part of the staff is invited to attend. WHS CLASS OF ’87 – The Whitesburg High School Class of 1987 will hold its 20-year reunion Aug. 11. The class will meet at Letcher County Central High School at noon Aug. 11 for a tour of the school, then go to Whitesburg City Pool Park from 1 to 3 p.m. The class will meet at the Shriners Building behind the VFW at 6 p.m. for dinner. The cost is $35 for singles and $60 for couples. HALL/VANCE/GIBSON Descendants of Alex and Clerendia Hall, Austin and Eliza Pigman Vance, Mary Ada Huff Vance, and Phillip and Ida Gibson will hold a reunion at Carr Creek Lake Marina Holly Shelter on May 26 beginning at 10 a.m. There will be a horseshoe tournament, sack races, and games for small children. PINE CREEK SCHOOL – The Pine Creek School reunion will be held Memorial Day weekend behind the trailer at Fishpond Lake. The Friday night wiener roast will begin at 6:30 p.m. All food and drinks will be provided. Dinner on Saturday will begin at 1 p.m. Meat and drinks will be provided. Those attending should bring a covered dish and lawn chairs. Shirts and hats are available prepaid only and may be purchased by calling Bootsie at (606) 633-5280 by May 1.

TYREE/LUCAS – The Tyree/Lucas family reunion will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., June 23, at the Cowan Community Center. Those attending should bring a covered dish, beverages and musical instruments. For more information, contact (419) 448-0566.

BENTLEY – The Otho Bentley family and friends reunion will be held June 22, 23 and 24 at the homeplace at Millstone.
