Reva May Hay Williams, 84, of Pound, Va., died May 14 at Heritage Rehabilitation Center in Big Stone Gap, Va.
Born in Auxier to the late Ethel McClure Hay and Raymond Dewey Hay Sr., she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jenkins, and enjoyed gardening.
She was a sister of the late Orah Hay, Louise Hay, and Raymond Hay Jr.
Surviving are her husband Wallace R. Williams Sr.; a daughter, Patricia Ann Williams, Hillsville, Va.; two sons, Wallace R. Williams Jr. and wife Judy, of Homestead, Fla., and Stephen J. Williams and wife Regena, Pound, Va.; two grandchildren, Glenn Wallace Williams, Cutler Bay, Fla., and Melissa Williams McDonnough, Homestead, Fla.; three step-grandchildren, Elease Tiderencel, Jacksonville, Fla., Patrick Michael and wife Ashley, Dunnellon, Fla., and Jimmy Michael, Hilliard, Fla.; two great-grandchildren Morgan Ann McDonnough and Ben McDonnough, both of Homestead, Fla.; five stepgreat grandchildren, Jayla Simon and Jenna Simon, Jacksonville, Fla.; Timothy R. Michael, Alexzander Michael, and Jordan Michael, Dunnellon, Fla.; four sisters, Shirley Dutton and husband Joe, Loretta Dash and husband Tim, Carol Booth and husband David, and Gay Edna Booth; three brothers, Bill Hay, Jack Hay and wife Mary, and Bob Hay; cousin, Ruth Coffee Adams, and friends Roberta Hayes Webb, Lois Roberson, and Loretta Hodges.
Funeral services were held May 17 in Jenkins, with entombment in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens today (Wednesday), May 18.
