Letcher County’s fall festivals move to the City of Neon this week for Neon Days after stopping in Isom over the Labor Day weekend for Isom Days 2012 at the Isom Fairgrounds. In the photo above, children enjoyed one of the many rides offered on the carnival’s midway.
