Aloma ‘Peco’ Kiser, 45, died April 5 at her home at Cromona.
Born in Whitesburg, she was a daughter of the late John Paul and Pearl Clifton Kiser, and a sister of the late Roberta Bentley.
She had worked as a teacher’s aid at McRoberts Elementary School, and was a member of Fleming Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Brian Phillips and Joseph Allen Phillips, both of Fleming; a grandson, Hubert Michael Chase Phillips; three sisters, Teresa Kiser, Chatsworth, Ga., Kathy Bolling, Pound, Va., and Lisa Carrier, Cartersville, Ga.; five brothers, Larry Kiser, Somerset, Paul Kiser, St. Paul, Va., Johnny Kiser, Dalton, Ga., Jerome Kiser, Chatsworth, Ga., and Jonathan ‘Gumby’ Kiser, Panama City Beach, Fla.; and former husband, Donnie Phillips.
Funeral services were held April 9 at Fleming Baptist Church. Burial was in Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking.
