Funeral services for Clara Kathy Potter, 62, of Dry Fork, were held July 26 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial was in the Potter Cemetery at Haymond.
A daughter of the late Lowin and Jackie Tackett Ritchie, she was the widow of Thurman Potter, a sister of the late Arnold Ray Ritchie and Brenda Hall, and a grandmother of the late Kayla Johnson and Landon Potter.
She died July 22 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Survivors include three daughters, Diana Nicholas of Isom, Donna Craft of Payne Gap, and Kathy Mc- Call of Haymond; two sons, Thurman Potter Jr. of Dry Fork, and Lowin Potter of Mayking; two brothers, Ronnie Ritchie of Jenkins, and Jimmy Ritchie of Richmond; three sisters, Ollie Williams of Sergent, Linda Hughes of McRoberts, and Mona Lisa Ritchie of Florida; 10 grandchildren, and a greatgrandchild.
Letcher Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
