Rites held for David Caudill



David Lance Caudill, 65, died November 19 at his home in Franklin.

A native of Letcher County, he was a son of the late Bryan and Ada Pearl Johnson Caudill.

He was retired from Quebcor in Franklin, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife, Rosemary Fleming Caudill; two sons, David Lance Caudill, II, and Christopher Dale Caudill, both of Louisville; four brothers, Roger D. Caudill of Bowling Green, Royce G. Caudill of Franklin, Jerry Caudill of Winchester, and Michael Caudill of Portland, Tenn.; two sisters, Sonya Potter of Whitesburg, and Sharon Pratt of McRoberts; six grandchildren, Abby Noelle Caudill, Aspen Ella Caudill, Savion McKinney Caudill, Shepherd Sophia Caudill, Audryanna Edie Caudill and Sebastian Neel Caudill.

Funeral services were held November 22 at Crafton Funeral Home in Franklin. Burial was in Restlawn Memorial Gardens, with military services conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard.
