Edgar Neal Lucas, 75, of Thornton, died, January 13 at Pikeville Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Edgar D. and Julie Sergent Lucas, and a brother of the late Shelby Jean Jones.
Surviving are Lisa Elkins; a son, Edgar Lucas of Thornton; three daughters, Tiffany Collins and husband James of Isom, Tya Lucas of Thornton, and Brenda Meade of Knoxville, Tenn.; six sisters, Coetta Combs, Loretta Blair, Claudette Tyree, Jolene Lucas, Ivetta Vanhoose Hale, and Shelia Lucas Estes; five grandchildren, Austin, Leah, Sadie, Myah, and Kyna; and two great-grandchildren, Conner and Cainan Hale.
Funeral services were held January 16 at Letcher Funeral Home. Burial was in Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.
